根据江苏省教育厅《留学江苏政府留学奖学金管理办法》（苏财教〔2023〕74号）通知精神，江苏省政府设立了留学江苏政府优秀学生奖学金，用于奖励知华友华、品学兼优的在籍外国留学生。现将该奖学金项目评选通知如下：
一、申请对象及名额
二年级(含)以上的在籍外国学历生（延期毕业的学生除外）；
推荐名额：6名
二、奖励标准
奖励奖学金一次性发放,金额10000元人民币。
三、申请材料要求
凡申请本奖学金者，需提供以下材料：
1.留学江苏政府优秀学生奖学金申请表（需提交Excel电子表格，见附件1）；
2.在学期间完整学习成绩单；
四、评选流程
采取“个人申请、测评工作小组审核、校内公示”的工作流程确定推荐人选，具体流程如下：
1.有意申请本奖学金的学生，本人应如实填写《留学江苏政府优秀留学生奖学金申请表》；
2.在2023年11月10日17：00前发送邮件至2587365973@qq.com提交相关申请材料；
3.根据测评工作小组审核，确定6名为推荐名单并进行校内公示。

Notification of 2023Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship for the Distinguished International Students
According to the notice from Jiangsu Provincial Government, the Distinguished Scholarship is set up for International Students to award international students who are friendly to China and excel in overall performance. This scholarship is now open for application.
I.Applicant Eligibility & Scholarship Quota
International students who are studying in the 2nd year or above. In 2023, the college can recommend6candidates.Students whose study period has been extended cannot apply.
II. Scholarship Standard
The scholarship offers one-time reward: RMB 10000.
III.Application Documents/Materials Requirement
Materials List：
No.1. Jiangsu Provincial Government Distinguished Scholarship for International Students Application Form (please submit in Excel format, see attachment I);
No.2. The complete academic transcript during the whole study period;
IV.Selection Procedure
The college will adopt the process of individual application, school recommendation, college review and public review to determine the recommended candidates. The detailed procedure is as follows：
1. The student needs to honestly fill in theJiangsu Provincial Government Distinguished Scholarship for International Students Application Form;
2. The student needs to submit all the required documents to2587365973@qq.combefore17:00Nov.10, 2023;
3. Based on the result of the comments from the expert committee,thecollegewill determine the initially selected candidates who will be posted for public review.
